AspeHub is a modern platform for sharing and managing project data in construction that serves as a Common Data Environment (CDE). It enables centralized work with documentation, 3D models, access management, and effective communication among all project participants.

Thanks to its clear interface and online access from anywhere, it simplifies project coordination, increases transparency, and helps eliminate errors caused by outdated or unshared information.

• XC4 Data Standard is an open electronic format in XML structure that meets all the requirements of Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. of 12 May 2016.
• The freely available XC4 Data Standard enables data transfer and processing across various software products used for preparing bills of quantities, compiling bid prices, and supporting communication throughout project delivery.
• The purpose of this standard is to define clear conditions for the creation and submission of bid budgets, amendments, measurement protocols, and invoices in digital form. The transferred data format is XML.
