Monitoring the Contract’s Financial Performance

The Common Data Environment (CDE) Coordinator ensures the proper functioning of and cooperation among all involved parties (client, contractor, technical supervisor, etc.) within the CDE according to predefined parameters, thereby supporting the smooth progress of the construction project from the perspective of full project digitalization.

What Does the CDE Coordinator Do?

• Creates project user accounts in the Common Data Environment (CDE), establishes and configures the folder structure, and sets the appropriate permissions.

• Sets roles and permissions for project participants and updates them continuously as required.

• Defines, creates, checks, and modifies approval processes (especially approval processes for TePř/KZP, approval of RDS, and approval of changes during construction).

• Provides user training.
