Defining BIM Requirements
- Assistance with defining the client’s BIM requirements for a project, including preparation of the EIR document (Employer’s Information Requirements).
Implementation of a Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Implementation of a Common Data Environment (CDE) within the organization, including the setup of internal processes for the use and exchange of information and the design of a folder structure for document storage.
Clear Approval Processes (Workflow)
- Definition of approval processes and procedures for commenting on and approving documents within the CDE environment.
A CDE coordinator provides technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Preparation of the BEP document (BIM Execution Plan) and its updates in the event of changes.

Training for all project participants, data entry into the project, and configuration of the required parameters in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
